equipment and programs across the 24 healthcare facilities we support in Montreal&#8217;s Centre-Sud.<\/strong><\/p><p>Whenever the healthcare teams at Verdun Hospital, Notre-Dame Hospital, our eight CLSCs and our 14 long-term care homes (CHSLDs) have the vision to do more or do better, but not the resources to make it happen, we step in.<\/p><p>From state-of-the-art medical equipment to programs that support our most vulnerable community members, we help make better care possible at every stage of created from the merger of the Fondation de l\u2019H\u00f4pital de Verdun and the Fondation sant\u00e9 et mieux-\u00eatre Jeanne-Mance, two foundations that had been supporting the Centre-Sud-de-l\u2019\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al population for close to 40 years.<\/p><p>Rooted in Montr\u00e9al\u2019s Centre-Sud neighbourhood, Fondation Sant\u00e9 Urbaine serves a population that is among the most vulnerable and socioeconomically disadvantaged in the Montr\u00e9al area.<\/p><p>Issues such as addiction, domestic violence, loss of autonomy, school dropout, homelessness, psychological disorders, social maladjustment, and degenerative diseases are pervasive.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
