At Fondation Sant\u00e9 Urbaine, we work hand in hand with the teams at the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l\u2019\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al to humanize health care, from birth to the end-of-life.<\/p>

Fondation Sant\u00e9 Urbaine was created from the merger of the Fondation de l\u2019H\u00f4pital de Verdun and the Fondation sant\u00e9 et mieux-\u00eatre Jeanne-Mance, two foundations that had been supporting the Centre-Sud-de-l\u2019\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al population for close to 40 years.<\/p>

Rooted in Montr\u00e9al\u2019s Centre-Sud neighbourhood, Fondation Sant\u00e9 Urbaine serves a population that is among the most vulnerable and socioeconomically disadvantaged in the Montr\u00e9al area.<\/p>

Issues such as addiction, domestic violence, loss of autonomy, school dropout, homelessness, psychological disorders, social maladjustment, and degenerative diseases are pervasive.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
