By participating in the program Run with Heart<\/a> as part of the Marathon Beneva de Montr\u00e9al, every kilometer you run directly supports the health of your community.<\/p>

How does it work?<\/strong><\/h3>

It\u2019s simple! When you register for one of the race distances at the Marathon Beneva de Montr\u00e9al, select the Fondation Sant\u00e9 Urbaine as the beneficiary organization.<\/p>

No matter your pace, there\u2019s a distance for you: from the 1 km for kids to the marathon, including the Mile, 5 km, 10 km, and half-marathon.<\/p>

Why Support the Fondation Sant\u00e9 Urbaine<\/strong><\/h3>
Fonds d’aide \u00e0 la population<\/h5>

The funds raised through the Marathon Beneva de Montr\u00e9al are used to support the Fonds d’aide \u00e0 la population, the Foundation’s signature program.<\/p>

The population of Montreal\u2019s Centre-Sud is one of the most vulnerable in Quebec. Too many people in need of care must choose between paying for their medications, groceries, or rent, thereby compromising their health and independence.<\/p>

The Fonds d’aide \u00e0 la population allows healthcare teams at the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al to request emergency assistance for the people they support, to cover essential healthcare costs that are not otherwise covered.<\/p>
