gratitude that I joined Fondation Sant\u00e9 Urbaine a few weeks ago as the foundation\u2019s new executive director. In my first encounters with the teams, volunteers, and philanthropists like you, I was pleased to meet passionate people and a united team, all dedicated to the health and well-being of our community.<\/p><p>As the holidays approach, I wanted to highlight the ties that bind us together as members of the foundation\u2019s big gardes du coeur family. In our hospitals, clinics, and health-care centres, every action and contribution makes a difference. Whether you are a part of our health-care team, a volunteer, or a donor, you too are a garde du coeur. Because you are looking after the health of our community and contributing to a brighter future.<\/p><p>This year, I am once again asking you to commit to standing by our side. Together, we can continue to offer excellent, compassionate, and people-centred care. Your generosity allows us to transform lives, support families, and build a health-care system where no one is left on the sidelines.<\/p><p>From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your generosity and trust.
