or delivered to patients\u2019 homes, are directly integrated into the patients\u2019 care plans, aiming to facilitate or accelerate their recovery.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">This financial support from Desjardins will help expand the program\u2019s reach, ensuring that more members of the Verdun community can benefit from this essential
