the biggest celebration of generosity of the year. It is the perfect moment to pay tribute to all those who, through gestures big and small, transform the lives of the patients and service users of our health and social services network.<\/p><p data-start=\"375\" data-end=\"671\">We sometimes believe that it takes extraordinary donations to make a difference.
