A Strong Identity for a Committed Community
In 2024, we launched a new identity to celebrate the large family that cares for our community daily: the Gardes du Cœur.
This term embodies our vision for more people-centre care, driven by a collective of dedicated individuals. Behind this name are the people who, through their actions, time, expertise, and generosity, actively support our mission.
Being a Garde du Cœur means being a part of a deeply human movement—one that places listening, dignity, and solidarity at the heart of every action. It means being part of a chain of support—from birth to end of life—in our hospitals, CLSCs, and CHSLDs.
This new identity fuels our sense of belonging, combines our strengths, and reminds us that by uniting our hearts we can change the health-care system, one person at a time.
