The Fondation Santé Urbaine is proud to welcome Canadian National (CN) into the Gardes du cœur family, thanks to its support for the Hôpital Solidaire program.
This program provides free cafeteria meals to the most vulnerable people receiving care in the hospital. For many, it means far more than just a meal: it’s a moment of respite, a tangible helping hand during a difficult time, a gesture of kindness that fosters healing.
“Meals help ease the urgency. Once your stomach is full, it’s easier to focus on getting better—whether it’s physical health, mental health, or both.”
Leslie, a social worker who often uses the program
Thanks to CN’s support, over 10,000 additional meals will be offered through this program.
By contributing to Hôpital Solidaire, CN is meeting one of our community’s most fundamental needs: the need to feel safe—physically and mentally. A meal provides a solid foundation on which healing can begin. It is a space where dignity is preserved, and kindness is served right on the tray.
Thank you, CN, for looking out for our communities—one meal at a time.
