We are no longer able to accept applications for this year.

Le Fonds d’aide d’urgence à la population is an urgent community assistance fund that supports initiatives and projects in the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal community.

This community assistance fund is an essential source of funding to help the most vulnerable people of the CIUSSS Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal territory.

Important: funding requests must be made by CIUSSS staff members.

Important Information

We understand that the beneficiaries of your services face many insecurities and challenges.

However, because of the growing number of requests and our limited resources, we can no longer accept funding requests related to food insecurity or requests for air conditioners or fans for heatwaves.

We must prioritize requests that are directly related to health, such as the purchase of medication, mobility aids and devices, and assistive equipment for the home.

Due to the large number of requests, we would like to remind you that the emergency aid fund aims to support users of the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal in an emergency situation and punctually.

These conditions are essential to allow us to help as many people as possible, the budget of this fund being defined for the year.

Procedures to follow

For your funding request to be processed as quickly as possible, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Fill in the online form

All requests must be submitted through our secure online form.

Step 2: Be precise

So that we can assess your funding request, please make sure you provide all the required information and clearly explain the goal of your request.

To facilitate understanding, please do not use acronyms/initialisms.

Step 3: Submit and receive confirmation

Once the form is filled in and submitted, you will receive a receipt confirmation and your request will be processed according to the procedures in place.

Step 4: Assessment

Our team will assess your request based on predefined criteria to ensure a fair and transparent distribution of funds.
