The Fondation Santé Urbaine welcomes Omarine El Arroussi and Alexandra Généreux to its board of directors. With their arrival, along with the recent addition of Charlotte Oger-Chambonnet, women now make up the majority of our board, a milestone of which we are all proud and a valuable strategic asset for the Foundation.
Vice President of Finance, Strategy, and Development at Royal Management Inc., Omarine has also served as an internal control consultant at Hydro-Québec and as a project leader at PwC. Her expertise in governance, risk management, and financial strategy will strengthen our foundation at a time when the Foundation is experiencing rapid growth and funding major projects.
“I decided to join the board of directors so that I could use my expertise to support concrete initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives.”
With over 19 years of experience in business and infrastructure law, Alexandra is Vice President and General Counsel for Canada at AECOM, where she leads a national legal team. Already serving as a board member for the Fondation du Centre des femmes de Montréal, she brings strategic leadership and a sharp sense of governance that will enrich our development plans.
“I am delighted to join the board of directors and to work alongside a dedicated team on promising initiatives that make a tangible difference in our community.”
Joining the Gardes du coeur, who are dedicated to the health of our community – including donors and volunteers, as well as healthcare teams – are these new voices, who will help guide the Foundation in fulfilling its mission: to improve care, from birth through the end of life.
Welcome!
