Verdun Hospital is undergoing a major transformation to continue meeting the needs of its community.
Led by Fondation Santé Urbaine, the hospital’s expansion and modernization campaign aims to help it go even further, notably through new medical equipment, clinical technologies, adapted equipment and improvements that enhance the care experience.
By taking part in the Gardes du cœur 50-50, you are part of this transformation. You are giving your hospital the means to go even further.

1. Organizer
The 50-50 draw for the Together for the Future of Health Care in Verdun campaign is organized by Fondation Santé Urbaine in support of its philanthropic activities.
2. RACJ Licence Number
Licence issued by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (RACJ): L-06327.
3. Ticket Sales Period
Tickets will be available for purchase online on the Fondation Santé Urbaine website from October 8, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. to November 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

3 tickets for $10
10 tickets for $20
50 tickets for $50
200 tickets for $100
5. Draw Process
The draws will be conducted electronically using the secure Rafflebox Technologies Inc. platform, an authorized RACJ provider. The platform ensures the fairness, transparency and integrity of the selection process.
6. Eligibility
The draw is open to Quebec residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
The following individuals are not eligible:
employees of Fondation Santé Urbaine;
members of their immediate family living in the same household;
anyone directly involved in organizing or administering the draw.
Members of the Board of Directors and volunteers of Fondation Santé Urbaine may participate in the draw provided they are not involved in its organization or administration.
